The Greater Washington Urban League is a non-profit that focuses on economic empowerment, education, and social justice for underprivileged communities in the Greater Washington area. It was a pleasure to photograph their 2025 Courage Under Fire Awards Gala. Honorees included former White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre; US Congresswoman, Maxine Waters; General Manager of the Washington Wizards, Will Dawkins; and more.

Capitol Hill is known for its rich architectural heritage and iconic landmarks. I sought to capture the details of the buildings, and will come back to capture scenes of the surrounding parks and gardens.

The Wharf in Washington, DC, is a vibrant waterfront destination that has become a focal point for both locals and tourists. Stretching along the Southwest Waterfront, it features a mix of residential, retail, and dining options, all set against a picturesque backdrop of the Potomac River.
Flowing underneath two offices, The Oculus is gorgeous sky bridge and pedestrian street providing direct access to the Wharf’s boardwalk from Maine Avenue. The marriage of texture, reflectivity, and spacious views make a for a beautiful space.
